The building is designed that it cannot harm local flora and fauna in any means. In USA Real estate market crisis do the same.As buyers activity from this parts downs very fast operation in real estate market deceased .In 2008-2009 period house prices deceased in about 15-25 %.Now in 2011 indicated small upraising of prices.
